Dr Jutta Lenz is a German-born psychologist, experienced counsellor, and well-being coach, who enjoys working with individuals and professional organisations. With a doctorate in [educational science/ psychology dr. phl. and an M.A., Jutta specialises in sports science, educational science, psychology, business, and health & wellness management. Jutta also holds MBSR/MBCT (mindfulness-based stress reduction/mindfulness cognitive therapy) qualifications from Stellenbosch University and the Massachusetts Medical School.
Over a decades long career, Jutta has developed a unique approach to happiness and fulfilment, which she terms “Excellence in Lifestyle” (EIL). This approach to well-being is fundamentally holistic, taking into account the psychological, physical, and existential aspects of her clients’ lives in order to help them heal, constructively manage stress, and make positive life choices.
With an extensive academic and professional background, as well as a blackbelt 2 Dan in Shotokan karate, Jutta is remarkably well-positioned to help misaligned individuals develop effective stress-management techniques, become better leaders, and dramatically enhance their overall well-being.
Jutta specialises in offering individuals a participative approach. She helps business executives people who lead others in finding their own self-mastery but she also worked a lot in the field of organisational development; and health management. She frequently works in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, South Africa, and the US, and has also worked and is still working with the governments of Austria and Germany.
Jutta is mainly based in the beautiful South African city of Cape Town, from where she works with top executives as a process facilitator and coach—however, she regularly also travels to Europe for work.

As part of my integrated approach to wellbeing,
I use the body to help my clients build a deeper connection with themselves and become more aware in the here and now.
We focus on the four pillars required to life a fulfilled life, in addition to the practice of mindfulness to transform pain and suffering.
Excellence in Personal Training
My one on one training is explicitly designed to address the physical and emotional components of an individual’s life. This holistic approach increases overall levels of well-being, self-esteem, confidence, and happiness.
By using fitness tools and equipment, it helps us to become more focused and enhances the mental state.
