Achieving Awareness as a Prerequisite for a Fulfilling Life

Updated: Jul 1

1. Everything begins with how we think about ourselves and our environment.

What you think, believe, and feel about yourself and your life every day is what resonates within you. Over time, it automatically attracts the corresponding people, things, and events into your life.

The rule of life is simple, and its success is a law:

focus on positive thoughts and feelings, concentrate on your own goals and visions, and block out everything that distracts you from this path of personal development as best you can.

Positive thoughts trigger positive feelings within you.

Positive thoughts give us life energy and joy. Both make you content and give you a happy life.

We need life energy and joy to achieve our goals, dreams, and visions. Goals, dreams, and visions give our lives meaning. This in turn gives us energy, strength, and motivation for what we do every day. So everything begins with how we think about ourselves and our environment, the world.

2. Our development from the inside out

If you focus every day on the "right," that is, positive, thoughts and feel the corresponding feelings within yourself, you can achieve incredible amounts in your life. Because you will attract into your life what you want to be or have.

The rule of success is: First, a development takes place within you, invisible to everyone else. In a second step, this development becomes effective in your real life, visible as a result for you and your environment.

We can create everything twice in life: first in our thoughts, with our imagination in our inner world. Then we allow what we imagine to become visible in real life, in reality, for ourselves and others.

First the inner world, then the outer world – first the thoughts, the imagination, then the realization, the actualization.

First, something clearly emerges in your thoughts, then it can become real through your consistent action. You need absolute clarity in your thoughts, in your imagination, and only then can you attract it into your life.

For this step to succeed and for us to create what we want in life, we must be clear about who I am and what I want. Only with this clarity in our imagination will we succeed. We can only achieve this step if we develop inner awareness, which we achieve through various mindful methods such as meditation, breathing techniques, yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi, and Argentine Tango, for example.

Having awareness means having developed a self-reflective attitude that allows me to reflect on myself every day and to be aware of my goals and dreams.

A person's consciousness is their inner attitude, the sum of their life experiences, the wisdom they have contributed to them. Life experience, insights.

Consciousness is also a person's knowledge of themselves: how they tick, what their strengths are, what they want, and all the insights they have gained—the sum of their life experiences. The better a person knows themselves, the more self-aware they are. A person can develop this level of consciousness within themselves by thinking constructively and positively and by using methods and procedures for self-reflection that are available to all of us today, but which we often don't realize have this effect (all body therapy methods, meditation, yoga, Qigong Tai Chi, mindfulness movements, contemplation, sound therapy, dance, especially Argentine tango, etc. A further blog will follow on this) that bring gratitude, warmth, and appreciation into life.

This level of consciousness attracts similar life situations.

Awareness can only be achieved by those who are mindful: mindful of themselves, what they do and why, mindful in their interactions with others, how they act, and in observing their fellow human beings, mindful of life, nature, and the world in general. It is self-observation and the ability for self-reflection that the individual must develop and build for themselves. Therefore, awareness can only be achieved by those who recognize themselves by understanding which thoughts and feelings are active within them.

Awareness can only be achieved by those who listen within themselves, who can endure and appreciate the silence within themselves, who listen to their heart, who trust their intuition, and who can sense the inner flow of their own being and life.

Awareness is therefore not just the sum of life experiences, but rather a completely active way of looking at oneself and life.

A person's consciousness has a formative quality. Thoughts alone do not yet have a level of manifestation. Consciousness is the level of manifestation. A single thought still creates its own consciousness, but if I think the same thoughts over and over again, a state of consciousness develops over time. This attitude attracts similar life situations that correspond to the resonance of the human consciousness.

Thoughts always determine your life – always.

In order not to become a slave to negative, destructive thoughts and feelings that force you into a negative spiral, causing you to see your life only negatively and become depressed as a result, you need awareness to be able to derive conscious action from them and free yourself from the negative spiral.

Awareness helps you to mindfully perceive your thoughts and feelings, to analyze them, and to control them so that, over time, you can increasingly act and live as you truly want. Only in this way do you have the chance to uncover your hidden potential, discover your authentic self, and tap into your own inner power at any time.

Pay attention to what your heart tells you, what you desire deep down inside. Humans have the ability to create an electromagnetic field within themselves with their thoughts. It has the power to attract everything you desire. It has the power to allow you to experience everything you allow yourself and feel ready for. The moment you feel this within yourself, no one can stop you from embarking on your personal journey through life.

Use your most powerful force in your life: become aware of your thoughts and feelings! By positively transforming and shaping them, you will be able to develop a positive attitude to perceive and enjoy the special and wonderful things (e.g., the beauty of nature, the laughter of children, etc.) in our everyday lives, because they are an expression of living life in the moment.
